D.C. Public Enemy #1

Today June 24th, Will be the day of the Annual NBA draft. The 1st pick in the Draft is held by the Washington Wizards, The 27th Ranked Team in the NBA last Season (one game lower than my Beloved Sacramento Kings). The Washington Wizards are famous for bad management decisions in trades, draft picks, and contracts. So This year's draft is a chance at redemption for this fallen franchise. The Wizards are reported to draft the consensus #1 pick John Wall out of the University of Kentucky. With this pick Wall would be placed in the backcourt in D.C. alongside recently released felon Gilbert Arenas. Even though Arenas is famous for having a cocky, all about me attitude, there is no denying his skill as a scoring point guard. But i believe that a $100 Million contract could keep any guy from storing guns in his locker. This post is hope that the Wizards won't chase off or send of a potential Star player for a player who has Lost alot of trust in past years. COME ON AGENT ZERO!

You Can Thank Me Later

A little over a week ago was the week the Release of Drake's "Thank Me Later" Album. Thank Me Later was anticipated to be the biggest summer hip hop album release since Lil Wayne's "Tha Carter 3" smash album. Im happy to say i purchased the Album via my Zune mp3 player. Saying this Album is great is an understatement. Drake showed in this album that hip-hop can still have substance. The song that Stuck out most to me was the track "Up All Night" featuring Nicki Minaj. The song described the feeling of representing your team to the fullest, through good and bad, because you never know who gonna leave you. Ironically i lost a mutual friend of my brovah Rob today. R.I.P. Gary Blakes. But on a lighter note, I promote Drake's album as one of the best rap cd's in the last 5 years, and in rap, thats always a major statement. Till next time people.

So Ambitious

This Month Marked a special event for the Mo Money Ent./New Era Camp. My mans Money Mark (Mark Spencer II) Released his first of a three Mixtape series: Back2TheLab Vol.1 produced by Mlb Mo (Mauryse Ford) and featured New Era Member Marcellus aka Kizzle (Kyle Bright). The Mixtape received great response in the first day. Receiving more than 200 plays and 40 downloads within two hours. We all we shocked on how fast the mixtape caught on. So this post is congradulating my New Era Fam on their early success. Current M$M is working on vol.2 of the mixtape trilogy and Marcellus is working on his mixtape "Mr. Bright goes to Washington". So watch out for the Moves the summer. AND I am proud to announce this is my first blog as a SENIOR OF GRACE BRETHREN CHRISTIAN SCHOOL. I am truly blessed to have made it this far. And i would not be here without NEW ERA. Best Believe we are here to stay.
